Quick Answers
What patients ask before they book.
Is the screening really free, or is there a “but” at the end?
Truly free. The screening visit, joint assessment, imaging review, and personalized roadmap are zero out-of-pocket for the first 15 patients each month. The IV hydration drip voucher is yours regardless of whether you book treatment. There is no consultation fee, no insurance billing, and no auto-enrollment in anything.
What’s the difference between PRP, stem cell, and exosome therapy?
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses concentrated growth factors from your own blood — best for early-stage degeneration. Stem cell therapy introduces regenerative cells that can help repair damaged tissue — best for moderate cases. Exosome therapy delivers cell-signaling molecules and is often used as an adjunct. The screening identifies which sequence fits your specific diagnosis.
Will Medicare cover this?
Regenerative therapies are generally not covered by Medicare or commercial insurance — they are paid out-of-pocket. The screening visit itself is free. For treatment, most Revive patients use HSA/FSA dollars, finance through CareCredit, or pay cash. Pricing is shared transparently at the screening so you can decide before committing.
I already have a knee replacement scheduled. Is it too late?
It’s worth a screening. Many patients schedule a regenerative consultation before a planned surgery as a final check — some choose to postpone surgery, others move forward more confidently knowing they explored alternatives. The screening doesn’t commit you to anything; it just gives you a complete picture before you sign hospital paperwork.
What should I bring to the screening?
Recent imaging if you have it (X-ray or MRI of the affected joint, even from another provider). A list of treatments you’ve already tried — cortisone dates, PT history, NSAIDs, surgery recommendations. If you don’t have imaging, we’ll coordinate a local radiology referral after the visit.
How long until I feel results?
Regenerative therapies work over weeks, not days. Most patients report meaningful pain reduction by week 4–6 and return to higher-intensity activity around week 8–12. PRP results are often felt sooner; stem cell and exosome work over a longer arc. The screening sets realistic timelines for your specific protocol.
